Our delicious and refreshing Premium Sorbets have been re-launched as a dairy-free product in response to increased consumer demand for lactose-free desserts.

The new sorbets still incorporate the same fruit purees imported from Italy and real Champagne as before, but the small amount of milk which was previously included in the recipe has been eliminated.

“Chefs are telling us that they like to offer sorbet as a dessert for those people following a lactose-free diet so this move further improves what is already a luxurious and versatile product,” comments Rebecca Manfredi, managing director.

“We’re delighted that we’ve been able to introduce this important change while retaining the same refreshing flavours, the all-natural colours and the indulgent mouth feel that these Sorbets are renowned for.”

Ideal for use either as an elegant stand-alone dessert or as a refreshing ‘intermezzo’ between courses, our easy scoop Premium Sorbets are available in five flavours – Lemon, Orange, Mango, Raspberry and Marc de Champagne – in handy 2 litre tubs. Manufactured in a nut free environment, they’re also suitable for vegetarian, gluten free and egg free diets and containing just 0.5% fat, they’re also ideal for anyone counting the calories!
